I am a fully qualified counsellor and registered member of the BACP.
I work with adult individuals both face to face and online.
I have extensive experience of working with bereavement and loss.
My practice is neurodivergent affirmative.

MBACP (REGISTERED) COUNSELLOR
I am a member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists and work according to their ethical framework. My approach is integrative which means that I draw from different elements of my training to create a personalised approach for each client. I work in a client-centred way and draw from Psychodynamic and Person-Centred theoretical approaches.
HOW THIS WORKS
Contact me to arrange an initial 20 minute phone call free of charge where I can explain more about the way I work and answer any questions you may have. Future sessions will be 50 minutes. My fee for online and in person sessions is £95. Online sessions will be on Zoom and face to face sessions will take place in my practice room in Goudhurst, Kent.

WHAT I CAN HELP WITH
I have extensive experience of working with bereavement and loss having spent 2 years working in a hospice supporting patients and their families. I have since supported clients presenting with a range of different challenges including anxiety, low mood, suicidal thoughts, self-harm, abuse, low self-confidence, panic attacks, stress and carer support.
