How long is a counselling session?

Each counselling session is 50 minutes - sometimes referred to as a "therapeutic hour".

How often will my sessions be?

Your sessions will be on the same day and time every week.

How many sessions will I need?

Every client is different and this is something we will discuss in our initial conversation. We can agree to long term, open-ended work or can work to a fixed number of sessions depending on what you feel your needs are.

Do you work with couples?

I do not work with couples but am able to work with individuals with relationship issues.

How much does each session cost?

Each session costs £95.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

Yes, I require 48 hours notice if you need to cancel a session. Less than this will require the full session fee to be paid.

What age groups do you work with?

I work with all age groups from age 16+.
